For the first time I attended the 49th annual Village Halloween Parade that starts at Canal Street and goes up along 6th Avenue and ends at 15th Street. This years theme for the parade was freedom. This was taken for an assignment for my Photojournalism class at New York University's Department of Photography and Imaging in Tisch.
